Dena served as Co-Chair for the 2010 Spring for Education Fashion Show. She was also co-organizer for the Tax Day Tea Party held in Lakeland 2009, 2010, 2011. Past Vice Chairman of the Polk County Republican Executive Committee and Chairman of the Victory Campaign Headquarters in 2010.
Dena is married and is a small business entrepreneur. In her spare time (as if there is any!) she enjoys sailing, travel, reading and crocheting!

Jean Burt and her husband George are native Mississippians who moved to Lakeland fifty years ago and immediately became active in civic and political events. Jean was president of Camp Fire Girls during the time that funds were raised to build the Camp Fire House. She was on the founding board of Lakeland Cotillion and President of the Shrine Auxiliary, while being active in her Church.
When her youngest left for college, Jean wanted to do something adult and ran for and was elected Chairman of the Polk County Republican Executive Committee in 1983 and held that position for six years. She was Polk County Campaign Manager for Ronald Reagan’s reelection campaign that same year. Jean is recipient of the George Harris Leadership award in recognition of her longstanding work for the Republican Party.

Kay Cobb joined the Board of Directors in 2008 as Asst. Treasurer and in 2009 became 2nd Vice President in charge of Membership . During that time, she has co-chaired Women for McCain in 2008, a statewide organization formed by the FFRW, that encouraged Republican Women to help get out the vote.
During the 2010 elections, Kay was 2nd in command of the Campaign Headquarters in charge of volunteers for the phone bank. She did such a wonderful job, helping our headquarters remain one of the top 3 in the state, she won the Volunteer of the Year Award for 2010. Kay was married to Bill 43 years ago. She has 4 children, 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Salena Joseph has been a resident of Lakeland for nearly 5 years. Originally from North Carolina, she came to Central Florida to attend Southeastern University where she recently graduated with a degree in History and Pre-law.
Salena was actively involved in the College Republican group at SEU, and she served as an intern for the Republican Women's Club of Lakeland in 2009 and has actively participated in various projects.

Gaylene has been a member since 2009. She worked at campaign headquarters during the 2010 election cycle, holding the office of Correspondence Secretary then being appointed as Recording Secretary. Gaylene has lived in Polk County 27 years, moved to Lakeland from Haines City in 2002.
Gaylene has one son, was born in Pennsylvania and grew up in NJ. She was Office manager and worked for Publix in Personnel Records. Gaylenes hobbies are quilting and politics, and she attends First United Methodist Lakeland.

Elaine joined the club in 2010 and was charged with opening Campaign Headquarters for a period during the 2010 election cycle. She was appointed Corresponding Secretary in 2011, attended FFRW Board meeting in Tallahassee in 2011 and served as a delegate to Presidency 5 in Orlando in September 2011.
Elaine is married to Les and has two daughters who both live in Virginia. One grandson who is a freshman at Virginia Tech & one granddaughter who is a freshman in high school. Two sons-in-law.
Elaine's hobby is reading and enjoys travel. When at home not reading, she enjoys watching Virginia Tech Hokies & Philadelphia Eagles win football games.

| Treasurer Pat Rideout (863)
Pat's interest in becoming a member of the Republican Women's Club of Lakeland,Federated stems from her involvement in politics since she was 20 years old. Pat started her political involvement in 1972 heading up the volunteer team for Warren Kramer (her father) for Tax Collector in Palm Beach County. He was elected and took office in January of 1973.
Pat ran for South Lake Worth Inlet Commission in Sept. of 1973 at the age of 21 and won the primary, but lost the general election against a 30 year incumbent. She became the Government Affairs Coordinator for Publix Super Markets in 1999. Pat obtained the position of Director of Fundraising for the Paula Dockery for Governor Campaign in February of 2010. Pat took over the Treasurer's job for the RWC Lakeland, in the summer of 2011 when a vacancy on the board occurred.
Pat is married to Phil Rideout for 35 years, has three children, four grandchildren and resides in Palmetto, Florida. Pat and her husband plan to move back to Lakeland.
